You need to be admin or mod to get it. Don't ask to be mod. Cause then I think a moderator will warn you.

Administrators/moderators do not necessarily get the superman smiley- only in-game mods do. That excludes Different55, Chewy, Jakery, and certain of other forum moderators that I can't think of right now.
