Chat Commands- What they are and how they're used

I am ZoeyNightshade.

    Here is the lowdown on chat commands:

Commands

/kick ZoeyNightshade  

If someone used this command, I would be kicked out of the world.

/reset

If someone used this command, everyone except the world's owner would re-spawn.

/loadlevel

If someone used this command, everyone except the world owner would re-spawn, and any unsaved changes would dissapear.

Questions and Answers

Q: I have chat, but the commands aren't working. Why?

A: Chat commands can only be used by betas. Actually, Betas can use them even without chat (By pressing return,the chat box will show up. Non-
chatting betas can't say anything but the chat commands.).

Q: I have Beta/Beta and chat, but they aren't working. Why?

You typed them in wrong.

It looks like you just guessed some of this. How long have you been playing EE? Chat commands can be used by everyone. They have always been available to people with chat, regardless of Beta access. They were only recently available to people without chat.

It looks like you just guessed some of this. How long have you been playing EE? Chat commands can be used by everyone. They have always been available to people with chat, regardless of Beta access. They were only recently available to people without chat.

1. (/kick) Correct.
2. (/reset) WRONG. Only people who are in god mode don't restart.
3. (/loadlevel) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
4. (QA1) WRONG. Anyone can use commands if they own the world.
5. (QA2) *Facepalm*

I wish there was a command to freeze the level, but only the owner could move. Then later the owner could unfreeze the level!

If you replace the "Commands" section with the following I vote for stickifying this.

/reset = brings you to the spawn point and resets the coins. Does not apply to people in god-mode.
/loadlevel = effect of going to the lobby then going back into the level. Does not apply to people in god-mode.
/kick [username] = effect of that user leaving the room forcibly.
       > /kick [username][reason] = This is the message that will show up when you kick someone.
[letter] + TAB = effect of typing the username that begins with that letter.
EXAMPLE:

Press T. Then press Tab. In the chat box, the only thing you will see is: "TAKOMAN02:" (if I am in the room). Press tab again. Then you will see the second person on the list whose name begins with T, replacing the first one. If it is in the middle of the sentence you will not see a colon, just "TAKOMAN02".

T = effect of clicking on the chat bubble
ENTER = effect of clicking the chat bubble; the effect of clicking "SEND" if there is text in the box.
