Ex Crew Shift Question

Okay so the hacker that had hacked JSKRASNOVE (I finally got my password changed) advertised this stupid gems thing which got me banned from the EX Crew Shift - which is one of my favorite levels and I wondered how to get unbanned because I didn't do anything. It was jobhoekstra, who hacked JSKRASNOVE, and I really love playing Shift. So I was wondering how to get unbanned.

Although now I'm not sure if he still has my pass because I went on crazy universe and it said 'you cant go in more than once'.
