its called a wizard smilie obained by getting a magic coin. there is a red and blue version.

I have 490 and no wiz :/
And you can get fire wiz only after you get the normal one.

It is nearly 1% chance of getting a wizard, I think 1% chance on the fire wizard if you already got the regular wizard.

Yeah, it was noticed that people with more energy are strangely unlucky of wizards.

The whole point of the wizard smileys was for it to be rare. Increasing the chance just defeats the purpose.

It's completely possible. He got a 500 boost from the Easter contest. Other than that, he's just unlucky.
