When I make a world using my saved worlds, the black secret passage blocks work fine with the "invisible" secret blocks. But when I use the fully black secret passage blocks in another player's world, they don't work even though the "invisible" secret blocks work.

the mods HAVE seen to this and theyre trying to fix it, try again in a couple of weeks / or a month
