Ghosts and dead level.

Hey !

So, I had a guest-ghost on my goblin level, and I asked cyclone to kill the level. ( As RPG did to Shift )
He killed it 2 days ago, and I still can't enter the level, so I have 3 questions :

Is it possible that the ghost is still in the level ?
Does the admin/mod "kill" command triggers a boolean condition ( You know, true = "people can enter", false = "people can't enter" ) that kicks people out of the level ?
Can the world be definitly dead ? ( Since it had bad words in its name )

when the game pretty much freezes and when you try to leave and come back you have a ghost in the level causing you to not be able to join your world
