How do you make a smiley?

I want to know how people make a smiley and post it. Ive seen a lot of them and moving ones. please help!

Add 1's around the word to make the smiley. When you post the comment it will show up as the smiley.

The forums do not provide moving smiley's. What you saw was an animation made by that user, probably Echo!.

Use this smiley maker (I'm pretty sure you want to make your own smileys)

When done use the Save Smiley button and upload it. Then post on the forum. Or take a screenshot when it's minimized. Moving ones are just animations make. If you want to post normal smileys, go here. To get the bird smiley though, use this code.

As for making smileys, you can do it with any image editing software. You may want to get the image for the blank smiley from somewhere, and then just add to that to make a smiley. I'm pretty sure RPG uses photoshop CS4 or 5. To upload them, follow the instructions from one of the topics posted above.
