One cent for CHAT

I was wondering if I have to pay 1 cent once only, or pay 1 cent per month or something!
Because I was thinking of buying the chat, but only if it is to only pay once!

Once to pay. It's not to make money off of, it is to verify you have permission.

flaming is cussing and swearing, and spam is repeating the same stuff over and over.

Chat = Once per lifetime.

If it was to make money,it would be a dollar or so,or a cent a month.
