I Cannot Edit Everybody

I tried editing somebody but it didn't work, I thought it says everybody edits, but I can't edit everybody. So is this a lie? Help please?

^ You mean edit blocks? Ok, are you in an Open or Locked world? If it happened in a Locked level, you cannot edit, because you don't know the code/did not type the code.

And, those are called Forum ranks. If you want to know what are the ranks click here.

These are locked worlds. See these locks inside those red circles? That will prove that it is a Locked World.

Some have stars because they are saved worlds.

Others don't have stars because they are not saved; they are guest worlds, created by   some users/guests.

These worlds have codes.

These are Open worlds. Notice that they don't have locks, because they don't have code.
Everyone is free to edit on these worlds.
