I want to get chat but i know my perents would not think this is a legit website what do i do?
is there any way of having them sign an aplecation or summin?
(without using credit card/paypal)

It's 100% legitimate. Ask any of us who have chat.
Tell them that PayPal is secure (even though experienced hackers like myself can...never mind).
No one can steal your money through a PayPal transaction.
It's not dodgy, look at all the people who have chat in any given level.
Just show them how many people have chat.
