Will the christmas 2010, summer2011, spring 2011, new year 2010 etc   show up again?

They're in the classics tab, and cost gems. No, they will not be available to buy with energy.

If they're so called limited, they might as well just be available year 'round for energy since they're in the classic tab, you know?

They're limited because, if you don't get them by a set time, you have to pay real money to get them. Unless you do free offers, but spending hard earned gems on this stuff is a total waste.
