How to Chat With Other Players?

hey guys, i am new to this game/site, whatever you want to call it
and i want to know how i enable chat so i can talk to other people, right now when i try to speak i can type but not send it please help

Seriously though, you go to the energy shop and then buy beta for 1 cent. With your parents permission of course.

Don't ask your parents, steal their credit card/watch them type there paypal password for something.
