A full copy of capasha.com may exist (as of approximately a year ago). Who should I contact to make sure that, if it is released, it wouldn't infringe on any copyrights or plagiarism?

MrShoe, but he's very slow to respond, if they have any concerns about copy right issues, guardians handle it first and just ask you not to share it. If you just listen to that warning you'll be fine.

I'm going to expand my website - http://everybodyedits.info/ - to include the block information soon (sometime tomorrow maybe). I already had to organize it all myself for my Map Image Generator. So, it shouldn't be that big of an issue.
