Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

What is WorldKey for?

Well idk how this question come to me so lately. But why only blocks, face, crown, keys and potion have as first argument the WorldKey? Why others don't?
I dont understand for what EE admins put that... Perhaps you can explain to me.
Thanks!

Re: What is WorldKey for?

Chris originally implemented bldatam to prevent tools like EEAnimator from sending block packets.

The idea was to have the client get information from the first packet on join that is unique to the world, which would in-turn affect the packets to be 'unique'.
Chris didn't really understand how to make it truly unique however so it was easily evaded.

The same applies to people spamming keys.
