If you want to make a fun level, then do not put anything you usually see in all the levels with the most people on them. Try to make every game original, and that's most of making a fun level.

The only problem is that its difficult to think of unique things

Takes practice. The way I learned to do it was to make random shapes on the map and fill them in, and then make the minigame on top of each shape. Making a minigame on a random surface like that helps with creativity. When I was done I connected all the shapes together and it was original. It was sort of like a mountain except not very detailed.

I enjoy doing elevators and 1 block platform jumping. Especially elevators. XD

Races, any kind of race, especially the roller races. (The one with the arrows)
I also enjoy playing just normal races, as long as there not to long and don't use the hook jumps often.

I find stairs to be an old classic. not only do they get they hyped up, but they give you that sense of pride when you cause all the other playes to fall to their deat... I mean the bottom.

haha i do agree that it does feel good to do that ^-^ I'm not so sure how many people are fond of stairs though

I hate people who mess around at the top of stairs though. Those people are really obsessed about being first and don't touch the key until someone is almost to you. They're actually wasting time because people in later stairs are beating them.
