Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

The future of EE! might not be as dark as we all think. Satanya otherwise known as collectionshower or Mark (those were his old usernames!) does have prior experience when it comes to building a community and a game!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to recover the youtube videos from the topic, however the archive of 2DWorlds (the game he was working on) is still available!

I'm glad to see that Mark wasn't just all talk and I must apologize for the lack of trust in the team! Good luck guys //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile

Ropes of Rape : yea kinda harder, you have to be very precise but it's short > 7*

Keytime Tower : this is so hard lol, key timing + long level full of hard jumps > 8* maybe more but I'm not good enough to test this one
Fog of Dream : yea there is lot of cp and some part are just few hard jumps, and when i look my 8* levels list so far this level seems easier > 7*

I think Joeyc and Watglan want to test levels too

Lmao, thanks for making my tierlist

I really like those changes especially because I wasn't so sure about levels like Keytime tower, Jump Kino, Fog of dreams, but yeah they make sense

Btw "Lictor1" is a 7?

★★★★★ Stars Difficulty:

JOEYC:
Ropes of Rape
I might be severely underestimating this level’s difficulty after beating it on the first try, some of the grabs are precise. I just took my time and beat it as simple as that.

WAGLAN:
8 Descent
I feel that 5 stars is a perfect spot for this level, the difficulty is in a perfect medium.

LICTOR:
Weird bridge
Precise spike jumps, however if you take your time it shouldn’t be too much of an issue.

Giants Cavern
Fun “little” level ^^. It really does feel like you’re in a giant’s cavern, a few tricky parts here and there but shouldn’t take you too long.

KIRANINJA:
Lictor1
Cringe level

★★★★★★ Stars Difficulty:

JOEYC:
Gloomy skies
Top part is extremely punishing and finding the perfect setup was a pain in the **** (despite the sign being there). After figuring out the setup, It’s just a matter of doing the last jump correctly and you’re good.

WEIRDOVERSE:
Infernoplex
The path is not that obvious and needs a few attempts to get used to. It’s also quite precise. 6 stars feels like a perfect spot for the level.

PINGOHITS:
Uranium
Doable level after 10~ attempts, you just need to adapt to it which comes rather quickly. Fun level.

ONJIT:
4x4 Labyrinth Collab
Despite being a 4x4 boxed labyrinth, some jumps are tight and precise. The path really does feel like a maze and you can find yourself having to redo some parts after losing track of the main path.

★★★★★★★ Stars Difficulty:

JOEYC:
Endless Galaxy
Very close to being a 8 stars difficulty level, however my mastery with low gravity might get in the way of judging this level precisely. TBD

CORE:
Core_Collab_SUB
Fun little adventure level with some precise tricks all over. 7 stars' difficulty is a perfect spot.

Keytime Tower
Very fun puzzles all around with precise key-gate/key-door timings. I didn’t find it extremely difficult overall.

Fog of Dreams
An endless pain themed level with precise holes, I personally didn’t struggle much on it, however other players seemed to have some trouble with it, this could very well be 8 stars after discussion.

FDOOU:
Flash point park
The path is hard to figure out on some jumps, the execution isn’t very easy either, another contender for 8 stars difficulty.

Jump Kino
A strong contender for 8 stars, the jumps aren’t ridiculously difficult overall, however the jumps are extremely punishing, this level definitely needs more testing from other players for a final precise rating.

02468:
Frigid Feat + Core
A buffed version of Frigid Feat by Core, the level isn’t that punishing but difficult, making it 7 stars.

PINGOHITS:
Cold Furnace
A one-shot minigame, one mistake and you’re out. The final part is tight and fast paced with the drop at the end. After failing it once or twice you should get the hang of it.

★★★★★★★★ Stars Difficulty:

CORE:
Helix RPG
This level looks very hard at first glance but It’s not ridiculously difficult after attempting it. A few tricky jumps here and there.

PINGOHITS:
Key race to code
The timing needed for the 3rd challenge needs to be perfect, and we’re talking about 8 two blocks gaps at a fast pace. You could call it Rainbow Roadrage’s father.

Purple-Green Cube
The path is not obvious at all and the execution is as hard as finding out where to go granting this level 8 stars in difficulty.

LICTOR:
Final Cavern:
Very precise edges, you even have to do 2 double jumps on edges. It’s quite tricky and 8 stars is the perfect spot for this level

★★★★★★★★★ Stars Difficulty:

CORE:
Another Cavern
Went from 10 to 9 stars after nerfs, the bottom part was almost if not impossible humanely, the most difficult part is the tick perfect jump after the yellow key checkpoint, but the checkpoint itself makes it way more forgiving making its way to 9 stars.

★★★★★★★★★★ Stars Difficulty:

CHUD:
Glacial Hollow
Ridiculously hard, definitely needs a few hours to beat it.

KIRANINJA:
Little Funsies
Deceptively hard level. At first I thought the difficulty would be lower despite testing it but then realized how difficult it is for first time players to conquer it, it went from 8 to 10 stars after watching a few people testing it.

This is what I have as reference. Really hyped about the final world

This situation is embarrassing, honestly.

after spending a few hours trying to decide whether or not i should chime in to this? this kind of needs to be said.

look! everyone agrees that any game needs a strong and thriving community to help grow and sustain it for years to come. and certain comments made by the current administration was not only disheartening, but came off as an insult and a slap in the face to anyone who helped build up EE over these last ten years. We're not in a position to assert how badly drama and negativity have affected the staff. They're just regular people with good intentions trying their best, and we certainly wouldn't do a better job alongside them or in their place, because it's been tried.

Obviously it's frustrating for the majority, but it doesn't actually matter that much, and if people took a vibe check and stopped treating EE like a United Nations summit, we might deserve to be included.

When faced with criticism, it can be tempting to react defensively or dismissively. However, taking a smart, thoughtful approach to addressing criticism can be much more productive and effective in the long run.

First and foremost, it is important to listen carefully to the criticism being leveled and seek to understand the perspective of the person or group offering it. Even if the criticism feels unfair or unfounded, taking the time to truly hear and acknowledge the other person's point of view can help to de-escalate the situation and create a foundation for more productive communication.

Once you have a clear understanding of the criticism, it can be helpful to ask follow-up questions to clarify any points of confusion or gain additional context. This can demonstrate a willingness to engage in a constructive dialogue and can also help to uncover any underlying issues or concerns that may be contributing to the criticism.

From there, it is important to assess the validity of the criticism and determine whether or not any changes or actions are necessary. Even if the criticism is unwarranted, there may be aspects of it that can be learned from or used to improve in some way. On the other hand, if the criticism is valid and there are areas where improvement is needed, it is important to acknowledge this and take appropriate steps to address the issue.

When responding to criticism, it can be helpful to do so in a calm and measured manner, avoiding defensiveness or hostility. Instead, focus on expressing a willingness to listen and learn, and offer specific plans or actions that will be taken to address any valid concerns or issues.

It is also important to maintain a sense of perspective and recognize that criticism, while often uncomfortable or even painful, can be an opportunity for growth and improvement. By approaching criticism with an open mind and a willingness to learn, we can turn even negative experiences into valuable lessons that can help us to become smarter, more effective, and more empathetic individuals.

While criticism can be difficult to receive, it is important to approach it with a smart, thoughtful mindset that prioritizes listening, understanding, and growth. By doing so, we can turn even negative experiences into opportunities for learning and improvement, and ultimately become better, more effective versions of ourselves, which wasn't the case in this situation to say the least.
