So recently I went to my local bank and got a mortgage on my home to pay bills, but I was unaware that my home payed out to four hundred thousand dollars. (I purchased the house for only a hundred thousand from them, and even after questioning my answer was never delivered as to why) So I was wondering, can a homes value stay consistent well the sell price drops?

it seems to settle at 60 fps because your monitor is 60hz
Not so, I use the Acer GN276HL. (It's 144hz)

It doesn't matter. The human eye can only visualize images at 64 FPS.

I was wondering if everybody edits had an fps lock, it seems to settle at 60 and never change.
My computer usually runs doom at about 70-80, so to me it felt weird. (The new doom)

I understand a lot of people such as myself want the game to live on, And they hate the idea of the game being shut down, But maybe it should be?
