I am learning to program, if I can see EE uses part of HEX encoding, There is a tool that decodes all this? I was seeing the EverybodyEdits Protocol by capasha but I can't understand it too much and I don't know if it is outdated

What I know is tick in movements used to track if people cheat or not.
And there is also good anti-cheat serverside too.

There are people that want EE old versions for EE remakes or for try disable the anticheat...
