Anyone else's ee not loading?

my ee is just stuck on the loading screen.
anytime i try loading it (even with website) it just ggets stuck on the loading screen

I tried to login twice and both times it asked me to create a username. So I typed something. My account seems to have all the same attributes (smileys, trophys), but my username is now different and my progress on a campaign was lost.

WTF happened

The person using the exploit to get DB access decided it would be a good idea to delete random accounts... We're in the process of trying to contact PlayerIO to carry out the final steps that will hopefully fix the problem, then once that happens we'll begin the process of restoring accounts (or maybe before depending on how long that takes).

Luckily we made a full database backup a couple of days ago, and we've compiled a list of everyone affected, so we should be able to restore everything back to the state it was in before the attack (probably with a couple days of energy / campaign progress lost though, but compared to losing your whole account thats not too bad)

to the oen who decided it was fun to attack ee go die in hell please why woudlyou delete some users actouns aswell? imagine if i went to ur bank and deleted ur bank acount and ALL ur moeney is lost u wont b ehappy hehe?

I have the same reason, before entering the game, I was offered to write my name (as happens when registering a new account). I judged it as a mistake and wrote a random set of letters. Now my nickname isnt "Shy" and I cant create an account named "Shy" because the name is already used. What the heck.

that happened to me too. i am annoyed (especially because i lost a close to 200 day login streak)

When we restore your player data we'll make sure to extend the login streak deadline by a few days, so you shouldn't lose your streak or anything

does it mean that my yesterday work on the map won't be saved??
i'm just asking if it has sense to continue my work now, if probably you'll restore data, or it's better to wait a week until data'll be restored!??

Anything that was reset by the exploit will be returned to the state it was in in the backup, everything that wasn't will stay as it is, so if you still have access to the world then you can safely continue working on it

Seems I also have the 'set a username' upon trying to login so I'm going to assume it is this (?)

Is there a generic ETA for long long the restore will take? As in "within the day", "a day or so" or more "up to a week" perhaps would be nice to have as a rough idea

Best of luck trying to resolve the security issues though
