It's probably a pack where it's all doors (Probably including all key colors, coin, death doors and maybe timed or switch doors while they don't have a texture exclusive to the activated version but they just change) that doesn't change. Like you remove the function or animation of the key door when it's opened or closed to just be a red outline for example.

Also I have a small feeling this got suggested because of my question about if and how you can get these kinds of doors without bots.

action blocks a supposed to be visually intuitive.

making something that looks like an action block, but its not one... its just confusing and extremely useless

It can be used for graphics because the only way to see these textures is by reaching that amount, but if you don't want coins or spikes in your level you can still use these textures.

Can't you sorta get one of these by placing a coin directly under a spawn point?  And have a small system set up to force one death for death doors/gates.

that coudl be annoying (for deaths this will cost a tiny bti of space for the coin not much space) but what if you use signs to tell what he coins are uused for?
