Hi,

It's here again so it's time to get prepared for Christmas! I know it's pretty early, but this year it's gonna be a bit different. You got a whole 1 month just for signing up!
A building community event where you have unique chance to give someone a christmas present in form of your world.
If you can't build the level before Christmas then don't even sign up, please. Also just have on mind that
it's better not to leak who are you making your world for.
This isn't official! All is just for fun, you won't get anything like gems, energy, trophies etc.
Size of world really doesn't matter in this case but preferable ones
are Medium(50x50),Large(100x100) and Big(150x150)!
No refunds! If you don't get your world it's not my fault, but I'll try my best after event is over
to help you find person you had.

About

Secret Santa is a special Christmas event where people give gifts to randomly
chosen players. Everything will be randomised.

Note: Build anything, that they'll like, easy or artistic, you don't have to build levels but you can do artworks or music.

You are making a race game of "who creates the topic first" turning a nice event into a joke. It's 2 months before the Christmas, It's the 3rd month of Fall, what Secret Santa are you talking about? Can we get this in December when we are actually hyped for it?

As the one who hosted Secret Santa too early for the first time, last year, I'll have to bring this up.

It should be illegal to be Christmassy before Halloween is over. Halloween is an awesome holiday and it needs more recognition. It shouldn't be overshadowed by Christmas.

I honestly recommend for you to not participate in this Secret Santa, for the simple reason that it feels very disingenuous.
This whole thing seems to exist not because Pipec would love to host this event, but rather that he loves the idea of hosting the event.

This is reflected by the very clear lack of planning on Pipec's behalf. Hosting the event 2 months before the holiday even arrives to act as like a reservation to being the host, having the sign-ups last for way longer than needed just to fill in the time, the bad sentence structuring and bad grammar which lead to an overall feeling of cheapness looming over the topic. Those aren't really the feelings I wish to have for this normally really lovely event.

It truly seems like Pipec doesn't understand what the point of a Secret Santa is, thus I truly advise people to not participate in this one, and wait until someone who's more passionate about it to run the event at an appropriate time.

why are you avoiding the questions, he means you're not capable of doing this by yourself and you're no way standard. you simply rushed just to get the post before anybody. He generally means you don't care about this secret santa at all really. A player who really cares about the community and is really considerate about hosting this, excited. Unlike this, looks rushed and makes me sad.

I suggest you hold off until November 30th. or christmas time

I won't disagree with the fact that one of the intentions of me hosting Secret Santa the 2nd of November last year, was to get the chance to host it. The reason I did so, is because of culture. In my country, the cold season starts in November, and for us it's valid that people start preparing Christmas stuff at the beginning or middle of November.

However, one important intention of me being the host, is that, with other well-known members of the community, I had planned to make some sort of official structure for the next years' respective events. Allowing the event to improve in the future, with good hosts.

This year's host was supposed to be Zoey2070, which would have been great, not only considering that she's a staff member, but she was really excited to be the one to manage this event, said excitement proving further good event management.

I won't disagree with the possible fact that me hosting Secret Santa too early last year could be the main cause of this happening, and I apologize if this is the case, but doing so before Halloween was actually something very annoying. I don't celebrate Halloween in my country, but I do still respect those holidays I don't celebrate.

Lastly, I'd like to point out that this year's event post, was written in such rushed way, that proves that the very only intention of the host, is to host. This is a mess. Saying this, and having accepted my mistake from last year, I won't be joining this year's event, at least from this host.
