I think you're looking for this. It's stickied, and one of the first couple topics in General Discussion. If you have ever gone into that section of the forum, you have seen the topic. Subconsciously, maybe, but still.

Weird title. I didn't know that if you troll you are automatic a noob. So if you are good at EE and troll you are also a noob? That's what I read when I look at the title. Even if you use the quotes.
