Moving minimap

When I was entering a level, I noticed 2 giant coins on a minimap, but they were Animated and spinning . Is there a way to make blocks appear or disappear without manually changing it?

Weren't they invisible black blocks only? I think that your eye just played a trick on you! ;D

No, they were spinning, I thought it was a bunch of coins, but coins don't show on the minimap!

Three things it could of have been:

One: Maybe your eyes played a trick on you and you didn't notice it.
Two: Some guy figured out a way to hack using "Wpe pro".
Three: Or maybe you when to a mods level.

Only 2 ways: Render error or Invisible blocks.

Its fully black blocks, allows you to see through minimap, there were 2 coins behind it

No, the minimap coins were too big to be that. It must have been Wpe pro.
