Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Weird, Chris is Danish.
Doesn't matter ^^ This game is not only for Danish people, so Chris is updating by the American holidays (i.e. Christmas, 2010, Valentine's Day).
OT:
Wow, I love those, I really hope I would be able to buy them (i.e. I won't forget to...)!
Did you get them? (:
First to buy with gems.

Yes, I know. But I don't think someone that does these "downdates" is smart enough to know what that is... Just kidding
Serious now, I don't/didn't think that Chris really care about his players...
And Thanksgiving is pratically unknown here, but it's probably different in first world countries like Denmark.

I think the names in the shop and profiles are mixed up, the profiles are also all squished for some reason, and the looks a bit different.
I really really like the smilies though, I've been wanting a pilgrim smiley for a while and I'm part Native American

With gems?
But is 2 days not a little bit short?

Yeah? How?
1)get up REALLY early in the morning and spend energy 2)right before school spend energy 3)right after school 4)right before you go to sleep (make sure you have at least 214 max energy & do not use up spare energy)
I like this smilies! But what is it Black Friday?
I don't know what it is :/ :O
I spent 20 out of my 21 gems for the pilgrim.....but it's totally worth it.
if there is a group of devil, and angels, then someone should start a group of pilgrims
American holidays (i.e. Christmas, 2010, Valentine's Day)
Did you just seriously try to claim Christmas and Valentine's Day are American holidays when both of them existed before America was even founded?! That applies to Hallowe'en too.
Thanksgiving is largest American tradition/holiday that I know of, but Chris certainly isn't focussing purely on American holidays.

Thought the same thing, but felt to lazy to post about it as I have a sprained wrist.
Christmas dates back as far as to the death of Christ. If I'm correct, though it has changed alot through the years. The first recorded Christmas feast dates back to 354 years after Christ. Not American!
And Valentines day was established by the Pope Gelasius in 496 AD, long before America even was discovered, around a thousand years before it was discovered. So learn your facts before you say anything. Not American!
And halloween is a tradition which comes originally from Wales and Ireland. So this isn't American either!

Christmas was originally a pagan holiday. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas# … background
