Can some1 give me chat?

can somebody here give me chat please? I'm new and it bothers me not being able to communicate with anyone. I would get it myself but i'm too young to do this myself and my parents just dont want to do it even though they said its ok which really upsets me i will give someone a free +1 rep if they do get it for me and i will be forever greatful

The parental controls are there for a reason man.

I thought when you ask for chat, you get "banned without warning". I think somewhere it said you get permabanned, although I forgot where.

Dude, don't ask for chat on the forum, it can get you banned. If your new, please read the rules. If you did, please re-read them so you understand them. Any questions? pm a mod.
The most important thing on this forum is to make sure you know and understand the rules. If you do that... people may like you eventually and might buy you chat anyways. Although that could take months to build up that good of a reputation.

I need chat as well but im 13 that sould be the age thing.   cus that is when u know most curses so u will not be offended easily!
But my perents are like...
