I like this thread and I like you. Have you ever read the EE wiki article? It has some nice quotes such as these:

The EX Crew has continued to create and release new maps since then, including the second in the EX Pro series called Are You A God? which is currently the most difficult map ever made in Everybody Edits.

The EX Crew was a pioneering experiment in group collaboration, and they are generally considered to be the most influential and important members Everybody Edits has ever known.

DKLevels, you're continuing to use the word nice. I love a lot of the EX Crew members, as even MFL can be nice sometimes. But I'm saying that they usually think that they're better than everyone else and that they, consequently, have more privileges than any other EE Players.

EX crew gets more privileges for two reasons. One, they are adults. As far as I know all of EX Crew is over the age of 18. And two, they are the very first crew ever created in Everybody Edits.

It really has nothing to do with their maturity, it's their seniority. And it's not all of EX crew it's only some of EX are jerks, like MFL and Capasha.

I'll admit it, I really sort of might have disliked Ex Crew at first because they were so popular and they were too mainstream for little ol' 13 me.

Anyway, I've grown to love them a lot, and I think they are some pretty goddamn good role models for a lot of people in EE, level-making wise and maturity wise.

Here, you know something, they only seem to think they're better than everyone else, but that's only your perception, you know? I thought Twipply was the most arrogant, smuggest bastard ever but then I realized that's just because he's pure awesome. Just like EX Crew.

And tbh, they have a right to be a little smug, they've earned it.

It's something quite weird to live actually, since I consider myself not really good ( at all ) at art. But having everyone around saying that you're the best and everything can just somehow convince you that it's true, and then you stop working hard and just do what people are expecting, not what you want, and it's in those moments that you do things wrong.

Everyone has their moments. EX deserves to be smug if they want, because many people consider them to be the best.

I don't consider them to be absolutely amazing at making levels, but they're up to par in my opinion.

I've said 'nice' once...
As you've said above, everyone has a right to have an opinion, I just generally dislike it when people have an opinion and can't or don't back it up with a reason.

I partially agree. Nou acts like he's in charge of EE and literally makes fun of people for not living up to their standards... When you look at people like Smileyxp and Oldschoolgamer and Tokebot, they make nice levels, but do they act about it? No, because they are people that respect civilazation on EE, while people like Nou, MFL and Mihb can be stuck ups. I've seen all of them act this way. Mustang is a really nice guy, and so is BEE and Ravatroll. I've never heard Starblinky or Emphryam so I can't judge them. I'm just stating my opinion on this.

Nou does not do that. EX does not act like they are in charge, but everybody else thinks that they are in charge, therefor leading them to think that they are acting in such a way.

They are just a crew, a good crew, but some people see
them as gods. They never chose to be famous, but it just happened.

cyph1e's shift bot helped lead them to where they stand now, but they don't act like people think they do.

I read this whole entire thread, and I just wanted to say everyone is right somewhere.

Rava, I agree 100% with you, what you said about your art.

And to buzzerbee, mfl may have been acting like a jerk then, but dont judge him/her by that one incident. Like Rava said, again, if you judge people like that irl, I can definetly see why you could be thought of as a jerk yourself.

Now going back and carefully reading the rest of the thread, I change my mind partially. MFL, yes, his personality is blunt most of the time. MIHB is shy, but sometimes can release. Nou can be fun, not fun, and just boring. Go figure. The other EX members are basicially out of the question for me because they aren't as active and they don't speak out usually.
