I'm crying for Santa

So , i see the -50% for black frida and i decided to buy santa and , I use 25 gems , but i didn't get the santa, I lost my gems but i reloaded my browser and nothing !
HELP !

This occurred for me as well.   Got the Santa Smiley for 25 gems (Black Friday special), however, my gem account was debited 75 gems instead of only 25.   I've cleared the cache on two different browsers but no such luck recovering them.

BTW, anyone know how to get to the v3.5 of MineEdits?

Yeah happened to me 2 I was putting it on the Santa because i had 75 gems and then when I put it on Santa it messed up and robbed me and I wanted to put it on the valentines's smiley but i'm not risking that neither. I'm **** off.
EDIT: I wanted to check if monsterenergy was telling the truth but he was and I thought this only happened to some people.

This happened to me a while ago with the X-mas Decorations. When it was 100 gems. It still hasn't worked out.
