I think that Chris might be currently upgrading the Player.IO servers right now. I remember him mentioning that he ordered a bunch of brand new dedicated servers that he couldn't wait to get online.

How long will that take?

Nope, some awesome guy crashed the server and you know it.

Oh, it's you again.   I believe that whoever it is you've talked to is trying to take credit for something that's fairly common in server farms, namely maintenance and upgrades. It is beyond pathetic to even believe that someone can DDOS an entire server farm.

Guys calm down. If RPGMaster2000 says Chris is upgrading the servers, then EE will be back up later. It's not like EE is the only thing you can do in life. As the not enough energy message says: Take a quick nap. But don't fill up a post whining about how EE is currently down.

I love how Earth2 mentions that his friend is attacking EE, which is quite possible, yet RPGMaster2000 denies it.
A fairly amateur botnet would take EE down in less than an hour. But as we all know, nobody is attacking EE's servers atm, and this is all just a server seizure.

I hope it's fixed soon.

Well that just proves my point that the entire server cluster is getting an upgrade, so it's not just limited to EE.
