Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

And here are my results; not sure why anyone would even care though.
But I did actually have suicidal thoughts a couple of times, and I sometimes still do.

this is self diagnosis, this downplays people who actually have depression. Due to the fact that you think this is appropriate to say it yourself.

I've taken plenty of depression tests and I don't trust them. They all say I show signs of moderate or major depression but my thoughts are no where near as bad as that; at the very most my depressive thoughts are mild and trivial, which is likely no more than most people feel.
From the brief description you gave of your suicidal thoughts, hinting that they aren't too common, I really don't think you would be that severely depressed. But if you are worried that your thoughts won't remain as thoughts, I'd recommend telling your GP or school / college / university counsellor or just generally googling self help techniques.
An example of why the depression test really isn't that accurate is that it says you have a very high chance of major depression but only a high chance of dysthymia (mild depression). If you really want to know whether you do have any of these conditions, the people mentioned above are your best option.

Give me the link to the test. I want to see if it's correct for me.

Took one myself, for the lols. 101 questions.
"You show absolutely no signs of depression. Indeed, you seem like one of the happiest people around. Way to go! Keep your spirits up!"
The thing is, while it's not incorrect, I could never trust a questionnaire to know my emotions better than I do, because it can't get to know me. You need to interact with a human if you want a reliable assessment.

Nobodys saying he doesnt suffer from depression, just that online tests generally arent very reliable so it is possible that he doesnt
If you think you might be suffering from depression, dont take an online test, go and see someone who actually knows what they are talking about
(The same goes for anything else you might want to take an online test for)

Link the test you took
Maverick: Started up on a 6, when he pulled from the clouds, and then I moved in above him.
Charlie: Well, if you were directly above him, how could you see him?
Maverick: Because I was inverted.

I don't need a test to know I'm depressed.
I could only imagine this scenario: "Take this test to find out if your head got chopped off!"
...I think I would know.
And many"tests" do this. Some tests try to examine your subconscious, but most don't. IQ tests are decent tests since many people can't sense their IQ. But if the test measures something you're well aware of I don't see the point.
I'm formally diagnosed with depression. Sure these tests aren't the equivalent of seeing a doctor but they're pretty accurate. However, you can't go to someone and say "I took this depression test online and it said I have depression, can you put me on medication?" so I would also recommend seeing a doctor (even though in my experience medication hasn't worked)

Sounds odd, but doing sports helps to regain strength, energy, self-belief, happiness. Its all about the endorphines..and a sportive goal.
Go out for a ride on your bike or so.

How many different medications have you tried? It took me nearly a year and I went through three that didn't work (one of which made me lose 10 pounds, and I'm already slightly underweight) and finally found one right for me. It can take a long time to find the medication that works for you but in the end it's really worth it. I used to have extremely frequent suicidal thoughts and the meds I'm on right now basically removed them entirely and I'm generally a much happier person (though still not completely normal).
