Have you ever played a play where you play the villain AND the hero? Unless you have a stunt double, your 'other' must stay still unless you perform an action i.e. pulling a rope where you're going (in EE, holding right and changing tabs).

In the beginning scene, the female smiley and santa move together and stop when the 'thief' comes in.

Every smiley was played by me. I just played the roles separately and spliced all the footage together in Premiere Pro.
