Beta account and chat :)

How I get beta by PayPal . I don' live in USA and I have a problems . One dollar is worth 3.40 PLN . I must 5 dollar for 50 Gems .
5x3.40PLN = 17 PLN. I plan to buy a card of 20 PLN . How then pay for EE account ? I from Poland .

There is a option in paypal, you can change valute.

In polish:
Jest opcja na PayPalu, ?e mo?esz wymieni? walut? ze z?otówek na dolary. Nie wiem dok?adnie jak ale poszperaj. Daj + jak pomog?em

Czy mo?e chodzi ci jak w?adowa? kas? na PayPal? Robi si? to przelewem, potem wchodzisz na EE do "Get Gems" i wybierasz opcj?, p?acisz przelewem z PayPal i masz. Chat podobnie.
