I would message the staff asking why I'm banned. If it were for some silly reason I would have some other user on the forum start a petition to unban me. If it were for some reasonable reason I would probably just try to get around the ban from proxies and start all over again.

That's probably something a lot of people thought back in 2013-2014. Even though the amount of users has skyrocketed downwards it's still as functional as ever.
