Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Um, yeah, you kind of can. Saving, kicking, and edit permissions have all reduced trolling.
Um, no, you kind of missed my point. You cannot stop a troller with edit from beginning to troll, so there's two options: either remove the possibility of trolling in the first place, or deal with it as or after it happens.
The first won't work, because open-code or free edit worlds will continue being hosted. Telling people not to give out the code because of trolls is incredibly unhelpful; it avoids the problem of trolling instead of addressing it.
I maintain that most of EE's problems can be solved with a good bot, so the second option is the way to go. Bots that ban, revert individual world edits and detect troll automatically have all been created.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

I'd say warn them, then go slightly higher than a 'slap on the wrist'. Like maybe even to the point of a 24 hour ban/loss of edit powers.

I thought this thread had already dismantled the idea that anything can or will be done about trolling?
Answer me this: how do you prove it?

Oh, didn't think of that... what if we could make some standards for trolling/not trolling that are similar to troll catcher bots' standards?

But, I do think we need to infrom the players somehow that it's their fault, if their world get's trolled.
That doesn't really make sense. A world owner doesn't troll their own world. A troll trolls the world. It's not "the owner's fault" if the world gets trolled. It's both of their faults. It requires the fault of the player's inability to trust the right people and deal with trolls, as well as the fault of the troll to troll the world. This creates my neutral stance which is that no action should be taken, making it the owner's responsibility to deal with it. Even still, your reasoning won't justify the fact that the trolls themselves are the real malicious ones here, intentionally messing with peoples' worlds, even if lots of people would fully blame the owner.

Well OK, it's both of their fault.
My point was that EE needs a system that alerts players of such things; a tips & tricks to loadscreen is a solution.
