Last year team entering started by now.

I'm not really surprised due to the drama from the Halloween Contest.

There was never going to be another New Years contest this year, why would you expect there to be?

Besides, RPG specifically told us that the next contest would not be holiday themed.

Its too soon for one anyway, they are usually spaced around 4 months apart or so

Ho hum, I doubt they'd repeat the same kinds of contests, considering we've had 3 contests in 1 year, so why should we bother having another New Years contest? (especially considering I bet we'd have a few people submit the same level... I know I still have my new years level in my worlds.)

Why would they repeat a contest? 3 quarters of the noobs will just repeat their old world from last year.
As Shift said, RPG specifically told us that the next contest would not be holiday themed.
