How about we duplicate the forums and let zoey moderate one copy of it while we demod her in the other! Keep doing that for every controversial decision until we end up with 100 single user forums!

Seriously now:

I still demand a deadline because diff shouldn't be able to simply delay the vote until the results end up in his favor. (He has a sticker and voted himself, he isn't being neutral on this issue).
I also disagree with letting zoey vote, no matter how insignificant an extra vote is.

Totally different. First of all, you're not some rando, you're a mod. Secondly, Ninja obviously didn't intend to post an image with a swear. He even tried to censor it, he just accidentally missed one. What you did was no accident. You did it completely on purpose.

okay, but you're still allowing rulebreaking in one case and not in another. whether it's mod vs normal person, gore vs swears, intentionally vs unintentionally, it's still rulebreaking and you still let it slide. people have been banned for accidentally letting swears in their image multiple times. it's still against the rules, just like kaslai spamming was still against the rules.

i'm saying it's irrelevant. no, it isn't the same, but at its core it's still allowing rulebreaking to happen which is the point i'm trying to make. you purposely completely ignored something that was pointed out to you because it was deleted minutes afterwards, but then i get warned for something like an hour after the fact... probably more-so. and just because people disagree doesn't make it okay? it's still against the rules. we warn people who do things against the rules. (but apparently only sometimes)

and this is once again only tangentially related but being warned for something a little bit after the fact was one of the reasons posted in this topic?

Some is not the same thing as all. Several of the accusations are flimsy and nitpicking, especially considering that I've gotten the opinions of other staff on some of them, and especially considering other staff members have done the same thing or worse. I asked Bimps to elaborate on some of the accusations and he never did. This feels more like a double jeopardy situation than anything else. Regardless of the fact that the accusations were "stupid af", they were still made and affect the situation overall.

My point was that I've been accused of waiting a few hours to warn someone, while Different55 did the same exact thing with the eye gore. In addition, you yourself didn't get warned because you deleted the post (and also because it was an accident), whereas I got warned despite it being deleted. It's basically pointing out overall inconsistencies with the moderatorship in general. I'm failing to see Differe

Sarcasm or not, we decided to remod zoey based on the assumption that she wouldn't cause trouble again. Now that she has, her fitness to moderate the forums is up for debate again. It is fine to look at the bigger picture and base your decision upon not only the most recent incident.
