i guess they would be the size of human (as in they have same diameter as human height)

they would have inner fluids that would be moved by special muscles to offset the center of mass and move the spherical body
or their skin could be covered by these things that snakes use to move

yeah so you can't really get a solid definition on the size of the smiley, as globs of confectionery cream and well-matured conifers are of similar height. As are flowers and bushes, eggs and tombstones, beachball and giant stone column.
point being, compare the smiley to the tree, and it's huge. Compare it to the flower, and it's small!
