Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Dont you miss that ol' feeling when you first joined ee.
Nothing counted as "pro" to you.
You could play stairs and all that crap.
Later on, you relize there boring.
Now a lot of levels seem boring..
I wish i had that feeling again, make me feel more free.
No one telling you if your art is nooby.
Or even play open worlds, where everyone edits!
Ahhh, dat was da life ^_^

Yep those were good times... I sometimes wish that feeling would come back some day...
*Goes to the future to get a time machine*
*Goes to the past when I was a noob*
Wait a minute...
Those times didn't exist for me. Pro was the thing. I've never enjoyed the creations of nubs.
i miss that time. that time was more fun than when this forum brainwashed us into hating those fun nooby levels. if this forum didnt exist, ee would probably be better.

i would still hate stairs if the forums didnt exist. i always hated em, except they are the few things that most new players can do. ive played them, youve played them, even rpgmaster2000 has played them. and it would be nice, but i still feel that the levels on the bottom (not because they have 40+ people) are better, just not as well played because they never guest bomb or make the name "stairs stairs stairs". thats probably why it seems like no more than 6 people have been in a world i played for the past 2 weeks...
sorry for the wall. if you want it a brick wall ask

Exactly. I almost feel like the forums are detracting from the fun of the game because so many people here are bent on stopping noob worlds.
About brainwashing, I hardly ever listen to people on the forums, lol
Whats wrong now? Stop whining about trolls, the game is full of uncreative kids that dont deserve patience.

I only got to have that feeling for a week 'cause I joined EE just recently *cries*
'sniff' 'sniff'
I only play levels with five or six people in them now (some reeeeeaaaaly original ideas)
this is where i discovered afk grids, co-op games, rooms filled with doors of varying colors instead of just one so that you need to hit keys in a certain order, and I realized how much you can make out of EE. Then the rest of the game died
Mmhm. It was really fun for everyone being basically anonymous (no accounts back 'en) the feeling of helping in a boss to code, where nobody could change the code. It always ended up as a war against the trolls and the good people who always tried to clean it up.
The feeling of first discovering and playing EE back then was truly great. I miss it, honestly.
I'm still wondering if people still get that feeling when playing EE today.
That being said, anyone got any pics of themselves playing back then?
looking back in the past always brings out good feelings.

Yea, the good times, I remember when I joinied, a few months before 1.0 came out, pugmatt actually showed me the game.
I remember the feeling, We made this awesome (back in the old times) level, with everything, we were so proud of it. I remember fooling around with keys in it, we built a "control center" so I could control the rides and such, we became a top level, and out level lasted for 2 or 3 days as an unsaved world.. yep the good times, ill post some pics later.
Player Since 2011. I used to make bots and stuff.

my friend and i still enjoy the everybody edits worlds where you fight to save your base >:D
I was a noob and to some *cough* kirby *cough* I still am, those were great days and you knew that to be judged you could just tell people you are new, now everybody hates me and I just am not treated well.
I have a butt load of videos back before the big update with backgrounds.
I have one video of BEFORE 1.0 came out.
I remember when having a level on top was a HUGE deal.
Now when my levels are top, eh, like who cares.
One day, we should all get to together and make level; anything, not being afraid to make anything noobish, Im talking about smiley art, coasters, all that crap.
Lol that would fun :3
Ah, Those were the good days.
Me TFG And some random dude. Creating "Ice" Mini's with only box mini's and a bit of sprite art.
That was back when I was a guest and I thought if you touched a god you would turn into one... it didn't work.
Erm... wasn't this a long time ago?
Yes I do indeed miss those days, but all good things come to an end, I'm actually still pretty damn nooby, I just don't seem like it.

Just like megalambs ee worm, we all helped, we were free to build, and we all had fun
This has inspired me to make a level, with the elements of a "noob" level, and showing how it can be fun

I remember back when I first got my account, I made the worst smilies ever... They were basically square. :3 But I made them because I thought people enjoyed them... Back when unsaved worlds had a chance on getting to the top of the list. When I used to erase troll by hand because I didnt realize it would be easier to start a new world. And yes, the day someone reset the level and I thought it was a hacking engine. And the best memory yet, when I saved up for my ninja smiley... I left the computer running at night because I thought that would be my only chance to get energy. I thought that when I got a ninja everyone would give me code... Yes, the good old days.

Still, EE is making some great breakthroughs now. It isn't the game that isn't as fun, it is the community
