Level Copier

I just entered a world named The adventures of the Falles, hosted by Yamlika263. It looked exactly like Ravatroll's Secret HQ. It's the same in every detail, it sure wasn't copied brick by brick. What kind of autobuilder/bot can copy a level?
I'm not asking that to copy other people's level, but to transfer levels from my second account to my main account. If you know i would appreciate if you told me the name of the software, but i'm not sure if this is allowed. The last thing i want is to get banned, so please inform me if you don't think copying levels is allowed.
Anyway, here's the picture of the level:

That was the first layer, seconds after i entered the level begun to get the background layer.

Thanks to Zalgryth that created the beautiful tool. Now can smilis and kongregatefan have their copy world fun.
