Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Lately we've experienced major lags and blamed PlayerIO for that. What If PlayerIO wasn't the cause?
Everytime I start playing Everybodyedits the same virus appears, and I've deleted it countless of times now. I'm fairly confident that everyone who played on the website has a virus on his computer causing major lags.
What's going on?
EDIT: My antivirus detects only major viruses.
EDIT 2: Apparently Frogman had the same issue http://forums.everybodyedits.com/viewtopic.php?id=35387
what browser do you use?
i cant find the file on my pc. try uploading it to virustotal
could you give me the full file path
if you can read this....good for you

That's the same EE swf file.

C:\Users\[...]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\#!001\MicrosoftEdge The virus simply vanish from there even though it says there's that "[1]freegame.swf"
Also the virus appears on every browser I use including GC/IE/Firefox
strange, i opened ee on all my browsers and cant find the file

I couldn't find it either, even when i try to open it directly from the antivirus.
Solution: Ubuntu
Just kidding, just get a real anti-virus, like Avast.

I hope you're joking.
It's a false alarm, don't worry... Update your antivirus and if it keeps reporting make an exception for EE swf file.
Everybody edits, but some edit more than others

Yeah I doubt much damage can be had with a .swf
It's going into AppData because it's temporarily downloaded (right?)
It's probably disappearing because your antivirus doesn't want it there (right?)
Who knows. Maybe the devs are trying to make a botnet
