there are worse people out there. report him (assuming you have a legitimate reason) and move on.

The problem here is, they don't do any actual bannable offenses, but they do do stuff like spamming and (chat) trolling.
Kicking them doesn't work, unless someone can link me to a kickbot or something of the sort, due to the five minute limit.

(Then I can share it to everyone who hates rdash yay ^.^)
