Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Wintery Wonders Campaign

When you released the Wintery Wonders campaign, you didn't say if it was a temporary campaign or anything... I took a guess that being the Halloween themed campaign temporary (both are seasonal themed campaigns), and having both exclusive smileys, that it would be temporary. But you didn't mention a single word about it in the update news, very strangely, when you remembered to say that the campaign was on Beta for a week on bold, after writing about this campaign having an exclusive smiley too. It didn't say anything on the campaign page in-game or anything either.

You should had made it clearer. Don't repeat that again. Just a heads-up.

You could always assume it was temporary, it was pretty obvious //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue

But you know what happens when you assume

Oh, all this time I thought I was just being stupid and didn't notice when they said it was temporary.

You're right. We didn't specify it, so it's available until next Saturday so you can finish it off.

First you say "next Saturday", and then when I come on EE today you've apparently changed your mind to make it "this Saturday". Great, now I've missed the campaign twice.

pls learn to communicate properly

Well, technically it was the "next" Saturday, since it wasnt Saturday when he announced it.

In before Nou keeps it open another week.

No, you're wrong. You said that on Wednesday, this week. The campaign was available until Saturday, this week. I have never heard "next Saturday" to mean the Saturday in the same week.

Next means next in line, the first one was yesterday. Purely logical. I'd have specified it if it was the week after //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue

Apparently some people interpret it differently, "next" means "the first one" in my book..

Yes, I think people do interpret it differently. I have always used it in terms of weeks. Because it's more convenient and a better use of the language. You can refer to 3 different days by adding "last", "this" or "next". However with your method you can only refer to 2 days, by adding "last" or "next".
