/giveeffect Command

Basically you can give any effect to a player with a command. Ex:
/lowgrav [Username]
/levitate [Username]
/zombie [Username]

or maybe there can be an alternate command like there used to be for potions like /effect [#] [Username]. This would really help a lot for bots!
