Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Website log in statistics

Is it possible to see the websites people logged on to EE from? I want dates from 2011 and the present.

Im trying to see which websites the majority of EE's players came from.

The only thing is that you can't see the amount of people that login on from a certain website. You would have to go over all the EE profiles.
+ He asks for multiple websites. Even the standart EE can be loaded from many websites so ee.yonom would record them as 'simple login' (I think).

Re: Website log in statistics

Over the past month the division of "active users" was as followed:
Main site: 63,53%
Kongregate: 19,39%
Facebook 15,08%
ArmorGames 1,99%

Gamesnet doesn't show more than 30 days so I can't provide a significant historical overview.

*edit*
Fixed a comma, AG is 2% not 20

I wonder if the 2000+ users in the past came from the main site or somewhere else.

They came from Nonoba.

Nonoba was a massive online community with hundreds of thousands of players that would go play tons of multiplayer games, back in 2009-2011 around.

Chris was one of the main administrators on Nonoba as well, so it was very easy for him to advertise EE on there. I found EE on nonoba as well back in 2010.

Unfortunately, due to some problems which I'm unaware of, Nonoba was shut down 4 years ago I think and around that time, Cyclone had closed off the official EE forums. I think as a result of both these things, the community died drastically, and with Nonoba no longer running, there was no way to contact those older players again. The few people that stayed until the forums were back up are mostly the players that still play today.

Maverick: Started up on a 6, when he pulled from the clouds, and then I moved in above him.
Charlie: Well, if you were directly above him, how could you see him?
Maverick: Because I was inverted.

Oh wow yeah I guessed Nonoba had a lot to do with the community but I never thought it was THAT bad. I'm pretty sure Cyclone and the other devs thought Everybody Edits was going to die in a hole. But as you can see, EE is very much alive.
