So magic coins refil doesn't only come from +15 energy

I heared rumors about that Chris made that you only get refil with a +15 magic coin.
But when i was in a lvl i sow this :

Is it just me or did Chris change it back?

He changed it back, I've had several 10's recently. All of them gave refills.

Well, you have 2 chances of a refill, from a particularly rare +10 or +15 coin.. It'd be kinda best just to let it sit overnight. The only way this is useful if you're a winrar and has atleast 2000 energy.
