I have seen some suers example squidwand154 having jump boost in that world how?? and why??

its not  a hack

you can find jump boost in the level, its hidden

If all players are able to obtain the jump effect, then how is it bad? Even if it is an attempt to cheat, then some of the blame should be put on the game staff for overlooking this before adding this to campaign.
