Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I'm not going to flame, but it seems like everybody is trying to make a bot or a remake these days. While I am not opposed to the creation of either, people making them should know that they will almost certainly never be more popular than the original game. Remakes are a good way to experiment in Flash; some people may love them, some may despise the fact that a new one was made. That's going to happen! Has consensus EVER been reached with a decision on here? As far as I know, no. So if you hate remakes, don't play them. Don't even talk about them.
?tilla, I understand your frustration. You made something and now it seems like everyone is just riding your coattails. The only real thing to do is to just wait. Really. If you argue your case (which is completely valid) a swarm of nublets will -rep you. Instead of fighting this battle, just wait. Remakes should die down eventually.
After all, if someone had Flash prowess, they wouldn't just take EE and revamp its graphics and sounds. They would make an entirely new game!

Alas someone who understands almost entirely. I've given time for them to die down, but it's gonna keep adding up, just like the bots. There is no end to something when 1/3 of every nub in EE gets their hands on a bot, a macro or otherwise.
I don't mind if someone is experimenting, but trying their best to get it to populate all throughout EE is sickening.
Oh and by the way, the point about them never being more popular than the original game, that can be false. When something arises to the point of popularity, it can/might/will start being used than the original.
I'm sure this has happened before.
I'll just let Chris Benjaminsen decide whether to put copyright on EE that way I can file a case and get them taken down.

Yeah Remakes spread like wild fire..
But not everybody can do a remake because you have to get the full thing to decompile it.
And it's not easy to find that 'thing'.
Demango and Atilla is right!
I just got bored when i made the remake.
So, im just gonna let it die down. If i got lazy to update it again and again..
And when it is made, if it is made, it will be frowned upon. Just 'sayin.

Bots are annoying when they spread, but remakes can be ignored. Don't use them. Bots can be used as spamming, like !vote or !help on gbot, but what can you do with remakes? Spam pictures of you on remakes? Which take about a minute per picture? Just ignore it and walk away from the topic and remake.
