Lost Saved World: EE Bug??

I spent 2 weeks getting a Wide Saved World and I got one today, and when I went to claim my prize, it was not there... My energy used for it went back to 0.
Running Windows 7, using Chrome, on the Beta site, and have 327 max energy.
Help?

Just keep reloading until it comes. This has a happened to me before. I just reloaded a few times.
If that doesn't work, then i dunno.

Yeah I had to do the same thing. It happened with my beta world I just had to keep refreshing it.

One of my worlds has been missing from my profile and world list for several months now. It's still accessible by using the URL which I luckily had saved on my browser history.
