Because people keep posting in it, like you just did. If you want a topic to die sooner, making s00per edgi posts that add nothing to the conversation like "omgggg y???? r we ebin stil tlakin about dis????" is not the way to do it.

Ok so the user Asspirate decided to make artistic nude before a rule was in place. So are you gonna clear it now because there's nudity, or let it be because it's art? Jawapa I know you're trying to be a PR for the staff but you are not very good at it.

EDIT: Btw if you delete it not only will you clear some very nice art, but you would also be contradicting your statement from before. I also I have no qualms with his levels or Children of the Pie. I think they are all very nice.
