Clarification on the friendlist update

Had a little chat with Chris:

So if you want to add people while you have a facebook account (or just don't wat to use your real email)

1: Get a disposable email address like http://www.guerrillamail.com

2: Give that email address to someone else

3: They invite you on that email address

4: Open the link in the email on the disposable email address

5: Done

We will never be able to be in different levels with the same account. So use two accounts.

So wait, what if I have an email registered to a different account than the one I want to add someone on?
For example:
a account is fb account
b account is registered to x, which is linked to b account, and then a account would be added if I were currently logged into it on both clients?

OMG THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH MAN.I use my Facebook acc to play EE and it has like most part of the things.I was angry because of this but now...

EDIT: Hmm... but,you get an e-mail with the link... or what? I'm confused.
