Hello, i want to report a user called

JOANRIVERS

He is an, sorry that i am sazing this rasist. In the world chat here, he asked:

any black people here?

Sorry, that I said this but it happend at somewhere at 16:35 on the 9.12. I am not sure if this has to be reported but saying this loudly in chat could be mobbing and for all **** (I dont say the word anymore) people this is not fair...
I am not sure if this is good for reporting, because it wasn`t said in the report rules. (I dont want to get banned!)

So do I need report rasists? (Sorry that I said that)

You can still report people after they have left with /reportabuse. Therefore this is no reason to make this topic. All your evidence is heresay. Regardless there is nothing inherently bad about either of your posts. Sounds like your usual run of the mill bigot. Unless they were harassing people for being black, then there's not much you can do about it.

I think you are overreacting. The user did not harass any specific group of people. Next time just /reportabuse or when in doubt PM a mod.

I have used the report feature many times and Never got banned. If you are unsure about when to use it read the rules. If you're refusing to use it out of cowardice then you have no reason to complain if you're being harassed. This is not the appropriate forum to make reports about people in the game, especially when you have nothing to show for it.
